The throttle linkage came off between the governor and the carb. Immediately the engine to full throttle. Shut it down. Connected the linkage. Now the governor is not working. You can move it by hand but when you move the throttle to slow the engine down it does not move. Any suggestions. Thanks. Gene Davis

Can you open the covenor at all? its possibly gotten something stuck around the weights. Hopefully just a section of hard grease that when it over-revved it got stuck in.
