So awhile ago i was working on my bobcat, got it running and then the starter promptly went out. Things got put on the back burner and I just got around to getting a new starter. It came today but apparently it is the wrong one. (bolts line up but its wont go in) I thought it was an 1985 but i dont think it is cause this starter should fit and it doesnt. I have the vin but I cannot find out the year for the life of me. Called the bobcat dealer and his computer doesnt go back that far... Vin tag says Clark Bobcat VIN# 5015-M-13585 Thanks guys!
