It seems to me that right hand stick cant be moved to sideways. Also when i track pipes from quick couplings to backwards there is open fitting in engine bay , other pipe (hose there) is open and loose there. Another goes to somewhere under hydraulic pump. Where they should go? And how they are operated not witj the right hand stick

there might be a bolt holding the right stick. lift the cab and check. sounds like maybe someone started installing them and never finished or it was broken and never fixed.

another pipe goes somewhere behind the engine. where that valve that controls aux hydraulics is located? need to find it and then join that another one which is now just hangin in side of engine bay to there with hose or pipe. i cant see any control levers from right hand stick execpt that one which moves machine drive motors.

the right lever moves side to side, that is your aux hydraulics left and right or in an out depending on the attachment. they should hook up to the spool which is on the right side of the engine bay right below the seat. it should be white and have 3 valves. lift, tilt, and aux.

First do like Tom said and check for the 3/8 lock out bolt if it is not there and your stick still won't move then your aux spool is rusted indent on the back of it then figure out how bad you want your aux hydro if you want it pull the engine find the steel line that was capped off then replace the steel line that rusted and leaked cheak for others that are getting bad while your in there then rebuild your valve block and good to go
