Between the two installs we have deduced that the assembly required would be a 3 1/2 in bore with a 20 " length retracted ( centre to centre ) and 12 inch ram reach with overall extended length of 32 to 32 1/2 to allow the bucket to function properly. Can anyone verify these measurements ? I am looking at buying a hydraulic utility cylinder from Princess Auto with the above measurements as a stock unit and a friend is going to match the 1 1/4 inch pin holes with fabricated brackets attached to the new cylinder housing and ram because the new ones are only 1 inch. Another option is to buy one with a 24 inch housing and 16 inch reach and mess around with cutting it to perfect performance size. This will run about $250 with taxes included instead of about $1500 from the dealer for replacement part. Any input would be helpful.</p></blockquote><p></p>
