Hi guys, I bought a 632 with the Ford 4 cylinder to do some work on my yard. The only problem with the machine was it struggled to turn. I read some posts on here and decided to flush all the hydraulics. I used the auxiliary port to pump out the hydraulic fluid and then refilled the tank. After doing this the machine wont even turn over unless I am lifting the bucket while trying to start. I figured I trapped air in the aux system so I made a hose to loop the two ports together. Then I tried to start while holding the aux controls open. I can see the hose that I made flexing with pressure and then the machine binds up again. I dont think these aux fittings were ever used before. Is it possible I freed up some gunk and this is now blocking the system? Where would I look for this at the control valve? Also I tride to take out the port block filter to clean it but the fitting is not coming out. Ive been at it with PB Blaster and a map gas torch with no luck. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.
