In a home shop, a file is probably as good of a straight edge as you will have or need to make sure you have done a good job... I also drilled my manifold a bit bigger so I did not have to force it on the studs. Double gaskets will continue to blow out and I fear your liquid repair will do likewise. I hate being a "Debby Downer" but thats how I see it. Best of luck.</p></blockquote><p></p>
