Can you attach a small grapple bucket to a 610? I'm a contractor and would like to be able to pick up debris piles and such but a regular bucket doesn't cut it. Will the bucket make the unit "top heavy"?

As long as you have working auxillary hydraulics it should be no problem. The 610 service manual says you should put restrictors in the tilt cylinder lines when using a grapple.

I made a grapple and mounted it onto my utility forks. If I want to use the forks alone I raise the grapple up out of the way. The grapple hyd is operated through the auxillary system. It works great. I did not know about the use of any type of restrictor. This system was put together in order to move trees and brush. Works for me ! ! !. Good luck. Have Fun, buckshot
