I am posting for a friend of mine across the street from me. He has a 610 that started giving him some issues last winter. It would not move forward or backwards. It starts up and runs just fine. This past summer it started working again. Now again since we are having some cold weather it does not want to move. Is there some sort of temp control on the machine that would hamper it from moving... Any ideas for a starting point to look would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve

the drive in those are clutchs maybe you can get away with a clutch adjustment (both sides) while you are in there tension your chains too.

If it only happens when it's below freezing it could likely be water in the chain case freezing and binding everything up.
