I think I need to replace the bearing for the jackshaft on my driven sheave. Oil leaks down the left side of the frame, and I can see, (and hear), the driven sheave bouncing around. How hard is it to pull the bearing off of the jackshaft? If I bought a gear puller, I believe I could easily get the sprocket off. But then I am worried about getting the bearing off with it's housing. Is there anything to grab onto? Can it just be pulled off, and pushed back on, with the jackshaft still in the machine?
