I have a 553 bobcat. Had the hydrostatic pumps rebuilt and replaced the front oil pump with a new one. Ran for 8 hours and started to shutter. The turning joysticks shutter and then it will kill the engine. Removed the pump and sent back due to it not working properly. Repair shop stated it is in perfect condition. Got it back installed it again and it is doing the exact same issue. All lines have been flushed and bled of air as well as new hydraulic filter. Anyone have some ideas or opinions would be great.

Not sure if you ever figure this out but I had a 553 that was Jerky and kinda did what your describing ended up being a steering linkage adjustment last mechanic pulled the pump out to fix a drive motor and never adjusted the steering linkage when he reinstalled the pump

Try a steering linkage adjustment if your control levers aren't in neutral their gonna wana go when their not supposed to causing machine to turn off if that makes sense
