Bobcat 453 control valve

Hello, I'm having an issue with my 453, bics light flashes once every five seconds indicating "valve output circuit is open". The trouble is I'm not sure where to go from here. I've checked the connections and can't seem to find anything obvious. The repair manual does not address in detail what "valve output circuit open" is telling me. Hopefully somebody can help me out!

Have you checked that the coil is not open circuit? If it's burnt out, it will show open circuit.
