bobcat 443 problem

my bobcat 443 has a problem i drove it all day digging asphalt driveway out no problem then in the last hour i had it on half throttle and it started to feel like it was loosing power intermittingly and the oil light was flickering occasionaly so i checked the oil it was a bit higher on the dipstick than recommended please note i have only had the 443 2 weeks and its the first time i have used it can anyone help i think its a kubota 3 cylinder motor , thanks
 
Which dipstick the engine or the hydraulic/hydrostatic oil?
engine oil, i need to get an hour counter and change all the fluids plus work out where all the dipsticks are and what they are for and fluid levels its my first machine so any help i appreciate very much.
