Bobcat 443 Aux hydraulics question

I have a bobcat 443 and there are aux hydraulics on the left arm. I have searched and the only thing i can find on how to operate them is the pull the right stick towards the knee. is that correct? my stick only seems to go forward and backward. (insert bad joke here) i would love to build a grapple for it, is that possible? Anybody gone this route? thanks

aux hyds can be manually locked out by placining a 3/8 bolt thru hole that is provided for this purpose, it is locatcated ontail end of right stick. (this is often done for guys who don't use aux and continouily find a no start becacuase aux is engaged. it just eiser to lock it out, or you may find, lack of use has froze cable or spool stuck.
