Bobcat 328 right side track issues

Got a neighbor I'm trying to help out. His 328 right side track will not rotate on its own, you can operate both tracks together and it will run but the left side will move faster than the right side and to stay straight you have to back off of the left track. I know it has a small hydraulic leak under the floor pan, driving it you will randomly see a small trail of oil following you, I plan to try to help him out and hopefully get it fixed. But was just curious if this sounded like a failing 2 speed solenoid in the track. Thanks for the help and advice.
