Alright guys need your help. I have a Bobcat 310. The high end drive went out on it when you press the button and the machine just goes into neutral like its trying to engage but nothing happens anyone ran into this issue and if so what is your advice. Trying to buy a new one is not an option. I have called every bobcat dealer and they are discontinued as far as the high end drive clutch. Is there an replacement that was put out there?? Any help is appreciated

Are you sure they didnt misunderstand you and where looking up the drive clutches in the chain case? Those are discontinued. The Bobcat parts catolog still shows a part number 6555493 for the high speed clutch coil. I got a low speed from them a couple years ago.
As for another direct fit unit, bobcat is the only place you can get those, as they where made for bobcat only.
However, my high speed went out after I purchased the low speed coil and I wasnt about to throw down another $600 for one. So I Purchased a couple hundred feet of 22ga copper magnet wire off of ebay and rewound it myself.
Not rocket science, just time consuming. Use a torch to get the old winding and epoxy out of the shell. I made a guide from cardboard tubes that allowed me to wind up the wire to fit inside the shell. Get as many windings in it as possible. after you have them all neat and snug inside the shell, fill it level with the top with epoxy and let it dry. Make sure no windings are sticking out of the epoxy, as this will allow a place for a short. Wire up a connector to the 2 ends of the wires you left sticking out, and hook them up to the factory harness. Thats about it.
