hi , my pump have lost his energy, i change the pump, same problem, no energie, always air . pipline from the chain box is close. bevor the problem starts , i hear a crush inside the chain box, i ask? is it possible the sproketweel crush my intakeline a little bit and i have a haarline crack on the top of the pipeline inside the chain box, thanks for information greetings from germany christian

If you have any cracks in the pickup tube you will be pulling in air. This will cause the oil to foam and cause jittery operation. It will also kill the pump due to cavitation.
I wonder if the problem with lack of pressure is a bad or stuck relief in your control block?
There is no reason for the pickup tube to be crushed, but its always possible.....
