For the most part small engines are pretty universal. The big thing is to match the crankshaft length and diameter so there isn't too much rigging to get the clutch on. Otherwise a B&S or a honda should fit right in. I do not think they have a special base, some garden tractor engines had special bases to fit the tractor frames.</p></blockquote><p></p>
