Bob-tach wedges not working

Hello I have a 2011 bobcat t630 where the wedges won’t go up or down I’ve put a new switch in and still nothing won’t even let me do it manually without popping the lines off I need help

Bobcat sells a little bypass kit that joins the two hydraulic hoses together once they're removed from the cylinder. That allows you to manually use the levers at will until you trace down the issue. With the hoses disconnected have you tried the button to see if fluid is flowing?
