Hello, I have a skid loader with a Kubota V1902B motor in it. I believe that I have a bad head gasket or maybe even a cracked head. What is the easiest way to verify one or the other, and the steps to remove just what I need to and not the whole thing…:) Also if you know where I can buy the needed gaskets, and or cylinder head if needed. The reason I think it’s the head gasket is that, with the exhaust manifold removed and cranking the motor over the second exhaust port from the pulley is pumping antifreeze out of the port. Does anyone have a detailed assembly instuctions with torque setting and the order of torqueing? Thanks, brew

Most likely the head is cracked. If you look on ebay, there are people selling new heads for this engine. They are prone to cracking between valves and pre-combustion chambers and into the water jacket. That's where the coolant is coming from. They can be repaired, but you need to find a place that is willing to pin or stitch weld the cracks up.
If you look up my profile, send me an email. I'll send you a link to the torque settings for this engine. and a basic guide on what to do.
With the head off, you will need to get it tested to see if it is indeed cracked or not. You may be lucky that its just the gasket, but mostly its not.

to test for a crack or gasket blow out there is a tester you can buy that isn't that expensive , about $75 at Napa , it is called a exhaust gas tester , what it is aclear plastic tube with a rubber funnel shaped wedge on the end , you stick this in the throat of the radiator or over flow tank , you fill the tube with this blue liquid and start the engine , if exhaust is getting into the colling system then the liquid will turn yellow fast ----a radiator pressure tester will also show you if compression is getting into the cooling system , you would hook it to the radiator and pump it to the psi marked on the radiator cap and start the engine , if the gauge starts increasing there is a problem -----------once the head is off you can get some magna flux , which is a three can thing , you clean the head with cleaner , spray on a dye and then a covering coat , if the dye pulls thru the covering it will show you where the crack is ---------an old school method is gasoline ,, you lay the head on it side , and fill the exhaust ports with gasoline , gasoline is very thin and will find a crack better than water or oil , if it is cracked the crack will get wet with the gas , then you would flip it over and check the intake ports
