Blower Bolts for 642/742

Can someone tell me the proper bolt length, grade and torque for the six 5/16-18 bolts holding the blower to the flywheel on a 642/742? Also, are lock washers used? My manual seems to be lacking this information.
The BC PN# for the bolt is 17C528.

This may help. My parts manual for the 742 does not show a washer on the blower fan bolt. The only torque I could find for a blower fan was for a 741 and it shows 22 ft-lbs. The general torque page for bolt sizes gives: 5/16 (.3125) as GRADE 5 180-200 in-lbs or GRADE 8 215-240 in-lbs. That's a range of 15-20 ft-lbs but is for ZINC coated bolts. If it were me I would go with the 22 ft-lbs. I hope this helps.
