Bad ideas from cat

Why is it that cat has went to the sorry quick coupler style of lines on the drive motors the adapter that screws into the motor is to THIN WALLED AND IT BREAKS VERY EASILY. Then the backup cameras are junk and will not stay working plus a back order on them. Catipillar wonders why people are dissatisfied with their quality
