I have recently purchased a bobcat m371 drove 9 hrs out and 9 hrs back to pick it up. worked when i picked it up. Now when you use the foot controls, the lift or bucket, it only moves about 1/2" at a time. Checked fluid (full), replaced filter. i am curious as too what else could cause and possibly fix this issue. thanks alot.

oh well got it now gotta get it running. i need it for tight spaces, thats why the purchase. but thanks for encouragement, lol.
Belt on the hydraulic pump is loose and the pump stalls when you hit the pedal???
Otherwise check the relief valve pressure as the springs tend to get weak after years of use, as the pressure drops so does the lifting power. Resetting it requires a guage to check pressure and the turn of a screw to increase spring tension.
Is the problem only with a load on the bucket or even when it is empty?

sorry the ignition switch went bad and i am waiting for the new one so i can start it. the issue happens at all times whether under load or not. it will only go up about 2' and it takes quite a while to get there. The bucket will not curl all the way up either.
