Bad hydraulics 443

Hi everybody my name is Mark I live in Belgium and I own a 443. I am looking for a repair manual?? The machine drives ok but the lifting and tilting function goes very slow or not at all. I changed all filters and oil. That was necessary anyway. Please advice.

Check that the aux hydraulics are not stuck on. Grab the right stick, pull it to the left then let it spring back to neutral.
It's the most common cause of slow lift/tilt
