I have a lx865 from late 1996 I had been having electrical problems coming and going. I noticed the fuses were just barely holding in the overhead fuse holder. I would wiggle the fuse and a solenoid would rattle. I bought new fuse holders at Orilley's and changed the overhead fuse holder and the one in the engine compartment. The factory fuse holders are really made cheap. The replacements are nice and have a snap on cover Its an easy fix for intermittent electrical problems. And I now know the fuses are secure in the slot. Mike

Misspelled fuse in title on purpose but don't know why
Fixed the title for you, adjacent letters often wind up where they don't belong.

Good info on the fuse block, electrics don't tolerate sloppy fit very well.

Thanks flyerdan. Those fuse holders are serious junk. I felt the need to let everyone know. I didn't suspect a loose fuse. It had me chasing every wire. Both fuse holders were sloppy. Easy fix
