Does anyone recognize this model of back hoe?

Owner describes it as having a 6' reach and thinks it may be a bobcat brand
Just curious so I can look up some specs, asking price seems reasonable at 2200 and I think he will let it go for a little less, have not looked at it yet

i take it you are looking at the boston craigslist huh? i've seen that thing, it's been up for months. i dont know. it says it was on a 763, but there are no brackets to mount it to the machine.

It definitely has been messed with. See all the metal welded to the sides of the boom, and the bucket hoses hanging out? Looks like it has had a rattle can restoration. I would sooner buy a rusty, unmolested one...

I see there are a couple of 907's for sale in the same area for about the same money. Hey, there is a good reason to keep the 630.... :)

Thanks for the education!
That looks like a case/ davis 100 to me, I have one and there are several members here who do. Not sure about parts availability for it. I have had a couple cylinders redone at a shop but generally am satisfied with it for what I do.

The bucket hose routing on that is certainly not right , I think that flat bar on the side of the boom is the travel lock bar which when in place locks the boom mechanically. Does not look to be fitted with any sort of mounting to the machine frame. They are easy to modify, I have had mine on a 632 and now on the 665 . I am not a big fan of the vertical stabilizers but I have about 1500 in it and it digs better than a shovel.
