Hi, I am hoping someone can help with an issue I am having on a 753 that I recently purchased. I purchased this with a blown engine and have only had it running for a couple weeks now. One thing I have noticed is that when the lift arms are all the way down, the rear of the bucket does not touch the ground. It is about 1-2 inches too high. The bucket is labeled as an original Bobcat bucket. When I purchased it the prior owner had recently replaced the tires, so my first thought was he put taller tires on it than it was designed for. However, everything I can find calls for 10-16.5 tires and that is what is on it. The lift rams seem to be compressing properly and the arms appear to be going down as far as they can. It is just the rear of the bucket that seems too high. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's nothing to worry about, it's normal. The buckets have different profiles and each one lies differently on the ground Your machine has the right size tires, and it's normal for the bucket rear end to be above the ground. Lay it in a horizontal position and it will lie down on the ground, either the rear end will be 1/2 -1 inches high. This is normal.

It is quite normal, you don't want the bucket dragging when fully lowered and tilted back.
