Ok, so I finally got around to hooking up the grapple to test out the auxilliary function on the machine I am restoring, and when i push the auxiliary relief button, the machine shuts off. Is that normal? I am used to the older style where you work the control lever back and forth to run the aux, not these fancy buttons. All other functions seem to work normal. I also have the battery idiot light coming on now, even though I put a new alternator on the machine. Its a 2006 S130.

That's what my 2006 S185 does, so I would assume it is normal.
Thanks for the feedback. Was thinking that was the case since it would be hard to relieve pressure with everything running.
Found my alternator problem too. Loose ground wire - My favorite villian.
