ASV 75HD 2022 Reversing reverse steering

We recently purchased a new ASV 75HD. Our employees are used to operating heavy equipment and bulldozers and we are new to the skid steer. On our dozers, when we reverse, pulling the joystick to the left pulls the machine to the left. However, on the ASV, the joystick operation is reversed from the dozers when backing up. It is difficult and dangerous to switch back and forth. We replumbed some of the hoses out of the controls and were able to get the ASV to behave like a dozer when backup turning. However, we can't make the ASV spin in place when pulling hard left or right. Has anyone had any experience in successfully replumbing an ASV to change control direction when backing up?
