I've had two go south, one at about 500 hours and a second at 1100 hours. The first one was, by necessity, run well past the point where it got noisy. Pretty trashed. The second one I caught early, just a bit of play and the occasional squeak. I'm thinking about removing the snap rings and trying to press it apart. I'm guessing there is a set of Timkens and oil seals, but I've never been inside one. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Tobin

Rebuild of these rollers is a waste of time and money. The new updated rollers are better OEM from Bobcat.
How old is your machine? What model?
