Hello everyone,
I have the dreaded issue with the snap ring groove worn down on my 610. I have read quite a few posts over the years related to fixing it or bypassing it but there still seem to be some lacking detail.
Has anyone been able to fix this? I found one post where the groove was cut deeper and I was thinking about trying that, but I am unsure if I would still use the standard size snap ring?
There have been some other posts related to bypassing the variable speed and making it fixed speed, but the details are not there so I am unsure what this would need.
