Am I missing a Washer and Snap Ring, 743 Control Valve

My aux detent doesn't work. I took a picture of the back of my valve and I think that the spool is missing a washer and snap ring but I'm not sure. I want to be sure before I take the battery out to get at the thing.
The arrow below shows where I think there is supposed to be the snap ring and washer.

Awesome, thanks for confirming. I will need to fix it when I can get in there. I figure if Im going to do anything I will check the detent springs and balls while Im at it as well.
