I have fixed everything but the air. Time to start on that. I don't know anything about it except that the fuse is not the problem. should I just take it somewhere, the bobcat place, a local auto mechanic or try it myself. What is the most common issue with non cooling?

It probably has a leak in the system. I would have shop that does A/C and doesn't mind working on a bobcat. To do A/C right, you need proper equipment, not that fix in a can parts stores sell.

With mine, i did a quick test to see if there was refrigerant in the system by jumping the clutch on the compressor to the +ve terminal. One nose on the pump will get hot really fast if there is gas in there still.
The problem with mine was a bad relay. The blower wouldn't even start. It took a little while to trace it, but i got there.
If there is a leak, you will really need a shop to look at it. It's not as simple as adding gas, it's leaking somewhere.
