Age I.D & operator manual

I just bought a Takeuchi TB 015 compact excavator. I search previous threads for answers unsuccessfully so here goes! Does anyone know how to find the year model from the serial number? Also, is there a resource for free or cheap operator manual?

No idea on finding the age, but here is the operator manual.
A google search may bring up a mfg date/serial chart.

Thanks. I found it there as well but I was a little apprehensive of the site's safety. Upon looking into it it seems okay so I'm going to give it a shot. I searched pretty hard for the s/n info. without success so I finally emailed the company.

I called my closest dealer about the age. An owner cannot get the mfg. date from the serial number. The dealers have to look it up for you, which he did.
