Called dealers and found out that a kit is available to add air to a skid steer. New Holland told me around $2200 if they do it. You can buy kits online for around $1700. If you are handy it can be done in 4 to 8 hrs. So price from NH is not too bad if you can't do it your self. I am looking at a used NH 2008 L170 with heat. A kit is available for it.
