Does anyone have a brake down of the actuator part# 6678775 (old # 6674838 or 6674992) that you can post or email me? Also dose anyone have the manual in the below image that they could scan and email me? I have the Shop, Service, Owners, and parts manuals but they do not brake this part down. Also does the Computer (if it has one) have to be recalibrate on the 1999 873F if you replace the actuator? I know it has a AHC controller, is this the computer they speak of in some forums? If so how do you recalibrate the AHC controller?

Bobcat don't show a breakdown because they consider it a throw away item. You just go and replace it if its not working right. There was another member that has pulled them apart and got them working as they should, i just can't remember his name.... He was even looking for more, offering some cash and postage for them.
Like the aux hydraulic stems, they can be repaired with a little know how.
Not sure on the re-calabration though, if its not a later style actuator, i believe there is a procedure in the service manual that does not involve going to the dealer.
