ACCESSORY 4 IN 1 BUCKET PROBLEM

Hooking up a 4 to 1 bucket on my t590. when i activate the cylinder only one side of the bucket moves I can't get both sides to move at the same time. What am i doing wrong ?

Can you make a video? Don't know what you mean with 4 to 1 bucket?!
