Got an s630 with limited lift, very slow. Tilt is fine, noticed when tilt up is maxed it lifts great. This thing has manual foot pedals, no actuators so maybe valve spool issue? Is there a detent on backside of spool? No manual or pic of valve body. Thanks in advance for thoughts on this

Lift has a detent, if you push your toe forward, it should lock on. It shouldn't slow the lift though.......
One thought, if when you are operating the lift, if your foor is on the tilt pedal some, it could be diverting oil slowing the lift. I have found that when i am using my machine and get a little lazy i can be tilting back slightly and it slows the lift function.

Fyi, after getting into it I found the pivot stud on the lift linkage twisted off on top of the chain case.Too much slop to open valve all the way. Might be on the maintainance list, a little weezil piss once in a while might keep it from freezing up. Funny, it's a plastic bushing, just had to weld stud back on. Easy fix this time.
