A300 Speed sensor removal

How do i remove the speed sensor? I have tried pulling it out twisting it and so on. do i need to take something else apart? any help would be appreciated

I believe that is actually a wheel position sensor and you access it by removing the top bearing plate on the steering knuckle. Raise machine off the ground and remove the wheel and remove the four bolts on the bearing plate and pry the plate off. The sensor has a small straight blade on it, be careful when reinstalling it that it's lined up correctly.

How exactly do you get it out ? We took plate off and two hex screws out and it still seems stuck under bearing ??
