I put a 2x6 on the floor and lifted and dropped the axle against the board a couple of times and the hub came right off. I only lifted and dropped a few inches holding on to the hub. Worked like a slide hammer.</p><p>There is an inner and outer seal. the outer bearing uses grease . it has a seal on each side of it to contain the grease.
