[QUOTE="ward, post: 138504, member: 25583"] I have had to do makeshift things for equipment having the strainer where you can reach it would be good, on my semi I had a small diameter paint stirring that fit a drill I had to trim it about 1/8 dia to get it in the tank, however a person can use air to get the fuel moving around also, I used a 18" long 1/8 pipe with a 90 on the end of it to get the fuel on the bottom of a tank moving while having a electric fuel pump just pulling fuel out and right back in to the tank I had the biggest inline fuel filter from Napa, a battery charger hooked to the battery set to the lowest setting and checked it (the fuel pump and filter ) it took about 4 filters before it could run for and hour without plugging up, you only need to use air every once in a while to stir things up , just like driving would do.
