I have a 863 with a ticking noise from the undercarriage while moving at speed, i believe it is the drive chain.does anyone know if there is a way to tighten the chain or is it in need of replacement?
There is no chain adjustment.
If the chain is dragging, you will need to replace it.
If you lift the front or back off the ground, you can rotate the tyre back and forth to see if you can hear the chain slapping on the chain case. If it does, the chain is stretched.
