Anyone know the procedure on how to remove the tension spring .I looked on utube and they showed how to remove the medal rod that you spin the cylinder clock wise through a elongated hole . This cylinder only has a hole you can not spin the cylinder to remove the tension rod . i'll try anything at this point . Thanks</p></blockquote><p></p>
