I pulled the top p,ate off then bashed the pin out of the hydraulic and I pulled it all the way out... What it ended up being was that someone had put the pin in the hole before they installed the hydraulic cylinder so it wasn't even attached to the hydraulic cylinder at all. It worked going down because it was pushing on it but it couldn't pull it back up because of the pin not being connected through the eye of the hydraulic. Ah well it's done now thanks very much for the replies Tazza it's much appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
