I bought a 8811 backhoe attachment and I'm not sure I like it but may be it just takes getting used to. Here are the problems - When I lock it in to the mounts, there is hardly any clearance to get around with and it hangs on everything. It is very heavy and therefore it doesn't appear feasable to move when it's locked into the mounts. Anyone have any opinions on this, or am I just to much of a rookie? Thanks

I have a 709 backhoe attachement ( the next size down from the 8811) I use it on an Bobcat 853. It works great for me. I have the vertical stabilizers and they can sometimes drag in the mud. but generally it works great and I can drive all over the farm with the backhoe attachment locked in place. The atachment is pretty heavy so I wouldn't want to move the machine around without having it locked in place. I have put Logering steel tracks on the machine so I think I might have got about another inch of ground clearance from the tracks
