873F BICS does not light up

Do not seem to have power to the BICS. The machine starts but unable to operate. After shutdown the front relay of the 5 on the left side of the engine will buzz until you disconnect the battery.
 
The plate the relays are attached to should be labeled which relay it is. You may have to wipe it down to read it.

replaced the shutdown relay and fixed that problem. Still have issues with the BICS. I have power at the connector (orange wire). But I have to wiggle the connection to get the module power indicator to light.....then they all flash. I'm thinking it is the BICS module. Dealer says it is no longer available and there is a 'kit' to replace it. This 'kit' was inexpensive, so I'm a bit apprehensive that it is maybe just an adapter harness to accept an updated BICS?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
