I've posted some other problems I've had with this machine I shouldn't have bought, and gotten a lot of good info. So today's problem is that all of a sudden I can't get it to go backwards with any conviction. I was impressed that it started without working glow plugs at 10 degrees F, and it seemed to be operating fine for about 10 minutes, but after I picked up a pallet of firewood I lost power in reverse. What should I be looking at? Thanks again for all the help. Pete

Never mind, it turned out to be an easy fix. A bolt dropped out of the end of the pipe that the control handle links to.

Glad it was a simple fix. You sometimes get lucky like that. Grease her up & keep her serviced. She will serve you well!!
