865 lift issues

[Crash]

I have a Lx865 and tonight when I was just getting done plowing snow when my pedal for lifting the arms locked... It's acting as if my seat belt was off, but the tilt pedal still works just like usual. Also at the same time I lost all my exterior lights(strobe/headlights/backup light) not sure if it's related or not... I'm guessing it would be. To cold and dark to work on it now, but any suggestions on what to look for tomorrow would be great! Thanks
