864 no lift or tilt

864 with hand controls, start engine lower seat bar and press to operate, all lights light up as they should. however when i operate machine for about 30 seconds lift and tilt functions quit working and alarm chirps, with the lift and tilt light flashing. seems as if bics is locking out lift and tilt functions. shut off engine and it does the same thing, operates for about 30 seconds and locks out again. machine is dispaying no codes in the display, and it will still travel when this happens. any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. thank you...

It sounds like a seat bar or seat sensor is locking you out. It should show on the panel when it detects this condition though. The other thing it could be is a bad lock out solenoid. It may warm up and stop working causing the hydraulics to be locked out?

Thanks Tazza, going to swap out the seat bar sensor from my T200 tommorow. Is the lockout solenoid located on the side of the bics unit?

Its actually hanging off the control block. There should be three coils, two are for your aux hydraulics, one at either end of the block, you want the other one.
I'm pretty sure its the same basic setup as the machines i have worked on.
