We overhauled the engine in an old 863C as well as replacing the rear plate on the hydrostatic. It was apart for quite a while. Finally got it all back together and now it won't drive at all. No response to stick movement on either side. It is an old cable steer unit. Anyone have any ideas? The lift and tilt functions work normally. I can't seem to find any info on testing pilot pressure. I suspect we don't have any. Just seems like the servos are not moving the swash plates for some reason... Andy

Can you loosen some lines to bleed the air out
we did loosen some lines and bled it. We also loosened the plugs on the servos and got some air out, but still won't budge. I'm not sure if there is a pilot dump solenoid in the bics system on those? I don't remember running across one. But I have not worked on all that many cable steer models. Fortunately they didn't make those for long. Andy
