Have a 863C, parking brake was damaged and had to repair replaced all parts to including the Solenoid and Timer relay wiring that hooks to Solenoid, Started machine up and parking brake will not release, all the lights are green on the BICS, when I set parking brake traction light goes off when I release brake light come on, figured it was the mag relay in back of machine, put a new one and as soon as I release the brake it blew sounded like someone stepping on a large bobble rap. Any thoughts on what the issue could be, started testing wires but am lost right now Help

What blew, the relay of the solenoid?
Only a fuse should pop if something was shorted, not a relay or the solenoid.....

Brake Relay blew, fuse #7 25A did not, trying to track the wiring for a short but no luck so far. Could the brake foot switch me shorting out when released?, everything else has been replaced with new.

My understanding of the brake wiring is that the switch goes to the BICS controller, so it has little current going through it to pop any fuses, but i guess anything is possible.
You could always use a meter and check for any shorting to ground from it's pins though, just to be sure.
